Pandemonium In Lagos As Irate Soldiers Protest Death Of Colleague

There is confusion in Lagos resulting in the torching of at least five BRT buses in the Palmgrove Area of Lagos by irate soldiers who are protesting the killing of one of their colleagues reportedly knocked down by a “hit and run” BRT driver.
Our correspondent gathered that the errant BRT bus had strayed off its designated lane to knock off and kill a military officer who was riding on a motorbike.
The rampaging soldiers stormed the Awoyokun Bus-stop area of Lagos, beating everyone in sight before descending on the drivers of the BRT buses.
The residents and commuters in a bid to avert beating fled the BRT buses in droves as the soldiers went on a beating spree.
As at the time of filling this report the mayhem had engulfed the entire stretch of Ikorodu road which is one of the city’s busiest roads.
Hoodlums have taken over swooping on passers-by and dispossessing them of their belongings.
